Leadership eSource Web Courses

Leadership eSource is an e-learning resource for leaders who are interested in maximizing scientific data on performance. For reasons of simplicity, each course includes an audio presentation and learning guides designed to summarize the research and provide you with specific applications of the knowledge on each topic. Expect to receive "how tos" and examples to boost your use of the information. While we will add e-learning courses as key research trends evolve, we are focused on two areas:

After summarizing all of the studies of leadership behavior in disciplines about which we have data, we discovered that the following dimensions covered the full range of performance competencies related to leader agility. Special attention was paid to research that applied across the globe and in multi-cultural situations. Each course is designed to give you the best of what has been thought and used in each area.
