Emotional Intelligence for Effectiveness

Accelerated Executive Coaching

This coaching program is designed for executives who are looking for opportunities to leverage their experience and knowledge to enrich their leadership or prepare for the next step in their career. This program has the following elements:

  • Extensive behavior and contextual assessment that includes observations, interviews, a competency-based multi-rater, and carefully selected personality tools.
     
  • Feedback that covers a full spectrum review of mission-critical behaviors.
     
  • Development plan that focuses on targeted behaviors for performance with support materials.
     
  • Six month engagement with regular, structured interactions with the executive.
     
  • Fees are $20,000, with $12,000 being paid to begin the process and the remainder to be paid following successful and satisfactory completion of the coaching program.

Manager Performance Coaching

This program is designed for managers who want to leverage expert knowledge on development and performance that also identifies ways to avoid career derailment. Built on 30 years of research on successful manager behavior, this coaching program will help managers steer their careers to the highest levels of performance. This program has the following elements:

  • Extensive behavior assessment that includes observations, a competency-based multi-rater, and carefully selected personality tools.
     
  • Feedback that covers a full spectrum review of mission-critical behaviors for each aspect of the manager's career.
     
  • Development plan that focuses on targeted behaviors for performance with support materials.
     
  • Six month engagement with two interactions each month.
     
  • Fees are $9,000, with $6,000 being paid to begin the process and the remainder to be paid following successful and satisfactory completion of the coaching program.
