How it works
The system is designed to be used by collaborating individuals who are happy to share their Type profile. It is pre-configured by the system administrator with the teams, individuals and their corresponding Type.
To find a report, the user simply selects a particular colleague or team from a drop-down list.
Professional Dynamics displays a list of reports that are available to that user about the selected colleague or team. The range of reports available to each user can be configured by the system administrator using simple configuration tools.
The user selects the appropriate report or a range of reports which can be read from the screen or printed for future reference. Reports are typically a single page and are written to reflect a particular business context, presented in a short, bulleted format using straight-forward business language.
Where appropriate, the Type of both the user and the colleague are combined within the report. For example, a report describing how a colleague may prefer to be managed also highlights any particular areas for consideration when being managed by someone of the user's Type.
Professional Dynamics is provided through a simple annual license with no additional charges for individual reports. Each authorized user may access as much information as they need, when they need it.
In addition to structural or organizational teams created by the administrator, each user may also create their own teams in the system. These teams are only accessible by them and allow reports to be generated for project teams or work groups that would not normally appear in an organization chart. The configuration options are endless, but easy!
