Type 360® — Two Report Options

  1. 192-Item Option — a comprehensive and inclusive report of 24 items per leader competency and personality factor. Fee is inclusive of report and interpretative guide. $125
     
  2. 64-Item Option — covers eight leadership competencies and eight mental resources. Fee is inclusive of report and interpretative guide. $85

Services

Individuals seeking coaching based on their Type 360® ($245) is for the individual seeking feedback who does not have a designated qualified interpreter. The fee includes a feedback session lasting approximately one hour. Simply follow the purchase and administrator directions. We will arrange a phone interpretation session to review your data.

Qualified/Certified Administrators ($125 for 192-Item; $85 for 64-Item) have been approved and have a registered account with our office. This account allows for the management of all instrument licenses.

The Type 360® Development reports (192 or 64 items) outline developmental needs as it links type theory, type processes, and leadership competencies through the use of a multi-rater instrument.

Key Concepts in the Type 360® report include:

  • Raters identify importance, frequency of display and degree of effectiveness for the use of eight mental processes.
     
  • Across eight leadership competencies which include: learning, flexibility, self-management, communication, utilizing expertise, decisiveness, relationship building, and managing complexity.

Qualification to Use:

Individuals who have completed an MBTI® qualifying program may qualify to use this instrument after the completion of the web course at our qualifying and certification company site: www.qualifying.org.

All others may complete the full Type 360® qualifying program which is also described and completed through Qualifying.org.
